Team: Company context: Period: Output: 1) 2–3 Objectives: short, inspiring, directional. 2) 3–4 Key Results per Objective: measurable, time-bound, ambitious. 3) Start / target / measurement source fields per KR. 4) 'Outcome, not output' check: convert 'pages written' style KRs into impact. 5) Dependencies: what other teams must deliver. 6) Risks and 3 priority actions. 7) End-of-quarter review plan: weekly check-in question + mid-cycle review time.
